I handcraft this spread knife entirely from solid plane wood in my workshop. Plane wood, valued for its lightness and unique grain, combines flexibility and strength. Its ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip and easy spreading, perfect for butter, jams, or spreads.

Each piece is unique, showcasing the natural hues and characteristic grain of plane wood. Without varnish or chemical treatments, I simply sand and oil it to preserve the wood's beauty and ensure long-lasting use.
